Giving back socially to the communities in which we do business, as well as to national foundations, through events and fundraisers has been one of the most rewarding aspects of our business. Each of our golf courses are collection points for the Christmas toys for our local children in need as well as drop off stations for Thanksgiving Day food drives, to places such as The Deep Wells Project in Hilton Head Island, SC. Most locations also participate in “Avon’s Walk for Breast Cancer,” and we have several survivors as team members. Other charity events hosted by Pirates Island and Pirates Cove include; Operation Changing Lives, Greater Kids Learning & Mutt Putt, just to name a few.
Putting for Patriots is an established annual fundraising event that supports three pre-screened charities that efficiently serve our wounded, their families and the survivors of fallen military members. Putting for Progress is our most recently added annual fundraising event.
